How long does my subscription last?

Each subscription, whether it is for a single course, multiple courses or course bundle lasts for 1 year, which is renewable.

What kind of equipment do I need?

• Internet connection with reasonable bandwidth
• Up to date browser: suggested Explorer 7.0+, Firefox 3.0+ and Safari 2.0+
• Screen resolution of 1024 x 768 or higher
• Sound cards and speakers are optional, all courses are closed captioned

Are the courses closed captioned?

All of our online courses are closed captioned.

Do you offer additional support beyond the course content?

We offer a ticket based system of schedule support, where you can buy a ticket and get more help on a particular problem you might be having with your application that goes beyond the topics covered on the course. It is like having your own online personalised training module.

Can I do a test?

Each course has an optional test at the end of each section. It is best to take the test so that you have proof of course completion to keep on your study record.

How many times can I do the test?

You can do the test as many times as you like.

Do I get a certificate on completion?

All of our courses are certified with a certificate on completion.

Is my course SCORM based?

Yes, we use a SCORM based LMS.

Do I need to buy any software to view the training lessons?

No, all you need is a web browser and the free plug-in Flash Player 10. If updates are required you will be automatically prompted to install these.

Does the course include the software, for example Photoshop?

No, you will need to purchase your own copy of the required software.

Can I access the course on different computers?

The courses can be accessed from your computer at work, home and internet cafes, however multiple simultaneous access from more than one computer at the same time is not permitted.

May I share my log on details with friends?

This is not allowed, in doing so will invalidate your account and certificate.

How will I get my certificate?

On completion of the course your course completion certificate will be delivered to you electronically.
