User Guide: Create an Account
Creating a new account on the ZingMedia School website is very simple and requires the steps as detailed below.
Creating a new account and course subscription steps:
- Step 1: Sign up for a new account using the Create an account link
- Step 2: You'll return to the homepage: an account created message will appear
- Step 3: You will need to activate your new account
- Step 4: A confirmation email will be sent to the email address you supplied
- Step 5: Check your email, please read and click on the activation link
- Step 6: If the email link does not work copy and paste it into your browser
- Step 7: Your account is now activated
- Step 8: You'll be returned to this site with an onscreen confirmation message
- Step 9: Sign in to your account
- Step 10: Browse the course catalogue (need to be signed in to view)
- Step 11: Select a course
- Step 12: Subscribe to the course
- Step 13: Pay for the course with our secure payment partner WorldPay
- Step 14: You are now ready to enjoy your course
